Zoom Yoga with Sarah
When + Where...
In this 1-hour practice we’ll move through a variety of postures - a combination of standing postures, seated postures (on the floor) and postures lying on our backs, stomach and sides. To get the most out of this practice, it will help if you are comfortable moving from standing postures to floor based postures (we do this slowly).
No experience of yoga is necessary so don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before! Sarah is there as a guide and everything offered will be optional - if at any point something doesn’t feel good, you’re welcome to rest and take a break.
For this practice it's recommend that you have a yoga mat, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry – find a space where you can easily stand with your legs and arms stretched wide so you look like a star - that should be a good amount of space to practice in. You might also want carpet or a towel under your feet to help prevent slipping.
Please make sure you have some water or a drink nearby and also have some blankets and cushions for our final rest posture so you can be nice and comfortable.
