Our Website is hosted on Wix.com. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to run our website, event listings, and public forms. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Access to our servers is protected by accounts enabled with 2-step verification. Form submissions are also sent to our Core Team emails hosted on Microsoft 365 Business, the Personal Information you submit via the form (including, but not limited to, Name and Email) is sent to enable us to respond to your contact request. Where possible, we have registered our location as the UK, agreeing to the relevant Data Policies for our Service providers to enable us to comply with the UK GDPR and DPA 2018.
Who has access to my Personal Information?
Only our Core Team Volunteers can access your personal information held on our Wix and Microsoft 365 platforms. We will not share your Personal Information or messages you send us with our Partner organisations unless you agree for us to refer you to one of our Partners if we feel that they are better suited to respond to your message - in this case, we will send them an email with only the necessary information rather than grant them access to our website servers. Please note that our Partners may use different platforms and have their own Privacy Policies, we recommend you check the respective policy in these instances. We reserve the right to pass on information to law enforcement if we are required to do so by law.
How do we communicate with you?
We may contact you in reply to a message you have sent us (via our forms or Facebook) or update you on an event you signed up to. Additionally, we operate a mailing list which we use to update you on various news, events or other topics. For these purposes we may contact you via the email you provided us or the social media account you used to contact us with.
How do I update my data, withdraw consent or get a copy of my data?
We comply with UK GDPR and DPA 2018. We will only use your data for the specified purpose and will remove it once that purpose has been fulfilled. We must also keep your information up-to-date if we need to use it in an ongoing manner (e.g. our newsletter).
