• Be a listening ear and offer emotional support
• Connect you with professional counselling services
• Help you navigate benefits, finances, and employment options
• Assist with full Carers assessments, support planning, and reviews
• Provide emergency support through the Carers Emergency Scheme
• Connect you with other carers through Carer Groups
• Offer volunteering opportunities to connect with others
• Provide access to Carer training with a monthly Be Connected Programme

We offer a safe and inclusive space where you can be yourself and talk openly about your experiences.
